Part I — Token/Play2Earn updates

There are 2 main types of tokens released in Niimfer World

• NIMF Token
• Crystal Magic(CM)

NIMF Token

The NIMF Token is the primary governance token for this project. Owning the token means the owner has the right to receive (in the ratio of the NIMF Token in circulation) an annual revenue share. In the early stage, 20%~40% of the total revenue will be dynamically allocated for owner revenue distribution, while the rest (60~80% )will be reserved for the daily operating expenses of the project. Crystal Magic(CM)

CM tokens are the main tokens in the game. It provides players with in-game rewards for in-game purchases of items, equipment, skill cards, breeding, etc. CM tokens will be issued with a cap of 1 billion tokens, but the circulation cap will be set in stages according to the number of PVP/PVE players in each stage, to stabilize the economic system in each phase. Players can trade the CM tokens with other players through the Niimfer World trading platform to gain profits.

• How to obtain:

1. Winning PVP/PVE or complete story tasks
2. Trade with other Players

Other:

1. The game may also be aimed at rewarding non-hoarding merchants in the future, and set up trading certificate and mechanism to reward trading circulation.
2. Players who participate in the trading will have occasional rewards/raffles
3. CM Tokens will likely work with cross-domain platforms (e.g., retail stores.. etc.) in the future, extending the opportunities for use.
4. An official handling fee of 4.25% will be charged at the time of transaction

How to receive play2earn reward is for you to choose

Low risk and stable reward — PvE, you can enjoy the game, and get items, relics for trade.

High risk and high reward — PvP, pay the entry fee to compete, if you win, you can win alone or get high reward

Part II — Niimfer World Future Roadmap

NIMF Token Fundraising: Partners will be carefully filtered, and in addition to strategic partners, we expect community investors + early stage players to participate in order to avoid the domination. (Currently, we expect to finish raising 30–40 million tokens for early stage community and strategic investors by the end of March)

Game development: Stake Mode is expected to be released at the end of March, followed by PvP in mid-JUN; PvE will be launched at the end of AUG Thank you for your patience! The development team continues to develop and will not keep you waiting!

Marketing Planning: In the mean time, the main promotion will be carried out mainly in Taiwan, strengthening the operation community Discord/Telegram and cooperating with well-known KOLs and organizations, at the same time, the company has been gradually deployed in Southeast Asia, Spain and Europe, in addition, it is expected that 5–6 million will be spent on the establishment of offline curations, business and event, co-branding with major brands.

Part III— Other Q&As

Q:Will you want to build your own chain? A: Yes, but at present, we will mainly focus on game development, ecosystem and cross-domain online and offline creative development and integration as the main axis to develop sound applications and perfect business model.

Q: Will you be releasing Niimfer World souvenirs in the future? A: In the future, we will be setting up experience halls and linking up with the merchants, so yes! please stay tuned and expect to see lots of different peripheral figures and souvenirs!

Q: General mobile game players, are kind of resistant to NFT or blockchain. Has your company thought about how to deal with this? A: We will first provide easy access for the general mobile gamers to enter, and will have a free-to-enter mechanism/stage. Once the player gets their hands on and would like to earn or purchase NFT, we will then provide assistance.

Q: Will the game be completely decentralized? Or will it be partly data up-linked and partly centralized storage? A: Part of the data will be stored centrally

Q: If the game tokens are produced in the game, there is bound to be inflation. If Niimfer World has its own trading platform for players to trade, the market value of the tokens will be determined by the total market volume, so my questions is: will it be a fixed price? Or will it be adjusted with fluctuations? A: There will be a starting public price, and in the future, we will also release the proposed price of the commodity, so that when trading, there will be a benchmark for the adjustment of the trading price.

Q: We are not Angels and we don’t have much money, can we still participate?A: Angels are mainly private equity partners invited by the company itself, and the maximum amount for the early-stage community is NT$150,000. If you have invested NT$50,000~80,000, you are already a very supportive early-stage partner. It must be said that there are risks involved in investing, but you can be sure that Niimfer World is also investing its own resources and funds, and not just passing all the risks directly to its backers or early investors.

Q: The criteria for being on the NIMF token Founding Community & Angel purchase list is that you need to have 10 Niimfer NFTs, what happened if you have sold them? can you still be on the purchase list? A: You need to have 10 Niimfer NFTs to be on the list.

Q: Will the NIMF tokens be consumed in Breeding new Niimfers? A: NIMF tokens will not be consumed, instead, it is the CM token that will be consumed in Breeding System.

Q: Axie Infinity is planning an overhaul of Origin: real-time battles, card redesign and free play. Does this news have any impact on you? A: Not at all! But in the future, we still want to approach mobile gamers. We expect to open a free-play experience first so that people who want to play for free can come in easily (as in the academy mechanism), and original Niimfer partners can split the profit.
